Our print services fall into the following 3 categories…

Digital Printing

At Sign Network we have the latest in Digital Print technology. Our prized possession is a 2.5m wide HP Scitex Flatbed Printer. This amazing machine allows us to digitally print directly to a wide range of substrates (eg: plastic, plywood, coreflute, foamboard) at a whopping 2500mm wide. This machine offers amazing flexibility and lightning-fast turnaround times; ideal for the Real Estate industry, Point of Sale displays and Event signage.

We also have another 2, wide-format digital printers that print media such as self-adhesive vinyl (stickers), synthetic paper (posters), vehicle wrapping media and window frosting etc. Both these machines can print up to 1500mm wide and have amazing, photorealistic printing. All of our digitally printed products are ideal for outdoor use and with the addition of a matching laminate finish can last upwards of 7 years before fading or breakdown become visible.

With "Print and Cut" technology we can digitally print labels and stickers to any shape or size and die-cut them very accurately without exorbitant setup costs, which is ideal when producing small to medium size orders.

Our latest digital machine is an eco-friendly Latex printer. This printer not only has no harmful solvents in the ink system it also has the ability to print on uncoated media which are free from PVC's and other harmful substances. We even have an environmentally friendly vehicle wrapping media solution.

Offset Printing

At Sign Network we offer a full range of Offset Print products from business cards and flyers to rack cards and presentation folders.

We have stock and finishing options to match any desired outcome and budget.

With our team of in-house designers, you can guarantee that your printed products not only look amazing but they understand how to set up print files and guarantee colour outputs match all the other elements that make up your brand.

Screen Printing

Sign Network started out as a screen print business way back in the 1980's. As we have evolved into different areas of our industry, screen printing has remained one of our core services and a massive point of difference over our competition.

At Sign Network we have one of the largest commercial Screen Printing departments in the South Island. We specialise in printing on coreflute for Real Estate signs, Election signs, Construction industry signs (Site signs etc), Safety signs and Event signage. The next largest segment of our work is producing stickers for a wide range of uses, eg: bumper stickers, sticker overlays, safety stickers and product stickers etc.

We have the ability to screen print up to 1200x900mm coreflute signs and 1000x700mm stickers.

Screen printing is ideal for larger quantity jobs with 1, 2 or 3 colours and is the cheapest way to produce stickers and signs. The other major benefit is that screen printing is very permanent and does not scratch or fade easily.

We can also print on foam, PVC, plastic, wood and aluminium etc.
