Herba Gourmet came to us with a rebrand in mind.
After some careful consideration and market research down at Riverside Market we suggested that the problem was more in positioning than it was in Branding.
The invention of a new tagline "Salads with Punch", a redesigned Menu board to make the ordering process simpler and some subtle touches to the already existing signage and Herba Gourmet was ready to relaunch as their 2.0 version.
This re-positioning has been very successful with a more even spread of food being ordered off the menu, a boost in sales from a new demographic of customers and a reinvigorated owner and team.
